. Night Allowance Applicable For Local Trip after 22:00 Hrs.
. Timing and Kilometer will be counted from Office to Office. . 08Hrs/80Kms slab shall be applied. On completion of 12Hrs/120Kms slab, extra KM/Hour shall be charged as per Transport Tariff.
. Toll Tax, Permit Tax, Parking & driver allowance will be charged extra as per actual. + GST: 5%.
. For outstation duty, minimum distance shall be calculated 350KMs per calendar date or the actual distance, whichever is higher. Charges shall be on per KM basis as per tariff.
. Standing A/C is chargeable.
. If government hike Diesel/Petrol price, then cost will increase without any notice.
. In case the type of car as per requisition is unavailable for some unforeseen reasons, a similar type of car shall be provided to the guest.
. All vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking, neat and clean.
. Chauffeurs and/or Visakha Travels’s Airport Representative positioned with Welcome Placard at Airport/Railway Station to receive guests and their Pick-up.
